I’m Andi, the founder of Nelson Tailored Travel and Andi’s Travel Club. I’m passionate about helping others explore the world, and I bring over two decades of travel experience to the table.
You’ll often see me on our social media channels, sharing exciting travel deals, upcoming adventures, and personal insights. My love for travel started at a young age. In 2003, I moved to Turkey and embraced its rich culture, working as a fitness instructor and running a Ladies Only Gym.
My journey then took me to the seas, where I worked on cruise ships as an instructor and later as a Shore Excursion Manager for P&O Cruises

Hi Andrea.
Well Canada certainly delivered, our trip was wonderful thank you. We had a fantastic time in Toronto, lovely hotel, well situated downtown. Niagara Falls was amazing, the transfer worked well, for us on the bus. The hotel was right on the waterfront and the view from our Juliet balcony was brilliant.
Vancouver was great and the Whale watching was brilliant, we saw a pod of 5 killer whales. The hotel was a little remote from the city of Vancouver being in the city of New Westminster, 40 minutes by Uber out of traffic but close to the skytrain which was 30 minutes.
Vancouver Island was lovely, the ferries were good and the hotel I thought was the best of the lot, again right on the waterfront front. We hired a car there to get us to Victoria for the day which was well worth it. I guess we walked about 190 thousand steps overall. Bonus to the trip was getting to see Oasis live in Toronto for a third of the price it was in the UK, my lovely wife managed to get me a ticket.

Andrea and I worked together multiple contracts with P&O Cruises covering the itineraries in the Caribbean, Europe and Baltic. There were some ports I hadn’t been to before and the wealth of knowledge Andrea had gathered through her personal experiences, which she then shared with the team, was invaluable. She was one of the most trustworthy and competent colleagues I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. It was sad to see her leave sea and move to land life, and I’m glad I got to visit her in Alanya, Turkey where she gave me the best tips for hidden local adventures. Andrea is a true gem
